This section shows you how to deploy the application you have written using Chameleon on a Unix-based system. iNTERFACEWARE currently only offers support for running the Chameleon GUI natively on Windows. While you can deploy an application built with Chameleon on Unix, a Windows version is required to develop and modify your VMD file (i.e. your interface project file), as well as generate stubcode.
