This means that the To Message Filter destination component and the From Message Filter source component are no longer needed. See Configuring the Filter for more information.

This is because, in Iguana 4.0, the LLP Listener source component receives each message, adds it to a queue, and sends an ACK to indicate that the message has been received. The destination component of the channel then takes messages from the queue and processes them. This can greatly improve the rate at which Iguana receives messages from the LLP Listener.
