At this point, this VMD file is almost done. All you need to do now is create a default message definition to catch messages that are not of type ORU^R01. To do this:

• In the Toolbar, click Message. A new message definition, named Message1, appears in the Workspace.
• In the Workspace, right-click Message1. From the menu that appears, select Rename. For the new name of the message, type ignore.
• In the Toolbar, click Options. In the Options window, click the Special Messages tab.
• From the Default (unidentified message) list box, select ignore. This indicates that the message definition named ignore will catch any incoming messages not matched by any other message definition.
• Click OK to close the Options window.

At this point, this VMD file is ready for use. From the File menu, select Save to save your file. Remember the location of the saved file, as an Iguana channel will access this file to convert incoming message data into XML format.
