This manual uses the following type conventions:
| Type Convention | Description |
|---|---|
| New > Segment | Bold text, for text displayed on, or entered via, Chameleon or Iguana on your computer. |
| Chameleon | Bold text for important or key words. |
In addition, text boxes are used to illustrate examples of code or HL7 segment grammar notation:
