This documentation page describes a feature of version 3.3 of Iguana. In Iguana 4.0 and later, client executables are called plugins. See Writing a Plugin for more information on plugins in Iguana 4.0 and later.

Now that you have specified the channel components, you can add the channel:

• Click Add Channel to add the channel to the Iguana dashboard.
• Click the Export Database Tables link to scroll to the Export Database Tables panel.
• Select the Channel Log Tables check box.
• Click Export Tables.
• At this point, Iguana provides a preview of the SQL statements that it will use to create the necessary tables in the database. Click Confirm Table Export to confirm that you want to export these tables.

You have now created and configured that the channel that the client executable will use. The next step is to create the client executable itself.
