The last step is to confirm that the sample message was received by the HL7 Listener.

To check the HL7 Listener:

• Examine the Listener's display window, and check to see if a message was received and an ACK message was sent back. Any parsing errors are also shown in the Listener's display.

You will notice that the Listener is displaying the message in HL7 format. This means that your channel has translated the message from XML format back into HL7.
