Plugin and Client Executable Errors When Interfacing With Iguana |
If you are reporting an error that is occurring when your plugin or client executable is interacting with Iguana, send the following:
- The smallest sample program that demonstrates the problem.
- A copy of any VMD file you are using.
- Your channel configuration file. This is IguanaConfiguration.xml if you are using Iguana 4.0 or later, and ChannelConfiguration.xml if you are using an older version of Iguana.
- A sample message.
The sample program that you send must not contain any external dependencies that cannot be recreated in our test environment, and must allow easy reproduction of the reported errors.
We regret that our support team cannot provide programming support to debug your code or its fragments. We can clarify the specifications of our interface and the behavior of the identifiers specified in the interface.
