Setting up the HL7 Listener |
To ensure that the HL7 Listener is listening:
- Open the HL7 Listener:
- In the Message log file field, type the name of a file to which you want to direct log messages. (You can put this file anywhere you like.)
- Select the Append to message log file check box.
- In the Port Number field, type 8889 (or whatever port number you specified when defining the Destination: LLP Client component of Channel 2).
- Click Start to activate the HL7 Listener.
