This section shows you how to install Iguana on a Unix, Linux or Mac OS X system for the first time.
To install Iguana in Unix, Linux or Mac OS X:
The above command will return the version of the gcc compiler you are using, but may not work on all Linux-based systems.
Running Iguana 3.3 or an older version as an Executable
Running Iguana 4.0 or later as an Executable
Running Iguana 3.3 as a Daemon
Running Iguana 4.0 or later as a Daemon
After you have successfully installed Iguana, the next step is to register it with the license key provided to you in your member's account. Note that you do not have to register Chameleon separately from Iguana. Once you register Iguana, Chameleon is automatically registered at the same time.
