If you are using Windows Vista with Oracle version 10 or 11, you may need to change the default permissions given to the Iguana service so that Oracle will work correctly. The Iguana service must have full read and execute access to the Oracle home directory and its subdirectories and files. This will ensure that the Oracle DLL file loads properly when Iguana is started from the Services menu or from the net start Iguana command. To change the default permissions given to the Iguana service:
